The "High Rigidity Adjustable Type" pick and place unit is a PP unit that achieves stroke quantitative adjustment by splitting the cam plate. The multi-row linear guide structure increases rigidity, and the high-torque geared motor (fold-back type) enhances transport capacity. With improved rigidity, simultaneous transport using multiple hands has been realized. The offset of the hands is also possible, making it easy to approach the workpiece even in space-constrained FA equipment.
