The detailed process of our service is as follows: 【Process 1】 Acquire STL data of the shape of parts and products using a laser scanner or X-ray CT equipment. 【Process 2】 Modify mesh data using Geomagic Design X. 【Process 3】 For areas with strict reproduction requirements, obtain accurate dimensional and shape data using high-precision three-dimensional measuring machines and shape measurements. 【Process 4】 Solidify and create CAD drawings using Geomagic Design X and SOLIDWORKS. 【Process 5】 Produce prototypes using output methods that can reproduce the shape and material of parts and products. 【Process 6】 Conduct operational verification, physical property evaluation, durability testing, etc., using the prototypes. Regarding molds for forming, we can create CAD drawings for molds that are infrequently used to store electronic data, as well as for molds that do not have drawings due to repeated modifications.
