By eliminating the need for consumable adhesives, it not only reduces manufacturing costs but also ensures a chemical-free process, making it more hygienic. Additionally, the absence of adhesive curing allows the softness of the material itself to be maintained. Furthermore, in addition to bonding, it is also capable of laminating multilayer materials that contain polymer absorbent polymers, as well as embossing patterns and logos.
