The "wrinkles" that are troubling you in the film transport process can be resolved by replacing the roll!
The "Special Matte Coating" is a multifunctional metal coating that combines high transportability, hydrophilicity, and release properties. Air escapes through the gaps in the protrusions, enhancing the film's adhesion and grip. Wrinkles, curling, and slipping during the film transport process can be resolved by replacing the rolls. Additionally, it is difficult for dust and dirt to accumulate, making maintenance easy with just a wipe. 【Features】 ■ The surface has spherical protrusions: low aggressiveness towards the film ■ Air escapes through the gaps in the protrusions, enhancing the film's adhesion and grip ■ Difficult for dust and dirt to accumulate: easy maintenance with just a wipe ■ Reduced curling and slipping lead to fewer scratches and wrinkles (increased yield) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
