Lifespan of over 50 million cycles! A high-precision touch switch that can be manufactured with very low operating force specifications.
At Asa Electronics Industry Co., Ltd., we handle "high-precision touch switches." They offer a lifespan over "100 times" that of contact-type switches, allowing for reduced replacement costs. (*Based on our durability tests exceeding 50 million cycles) With a structure that isolates the movable part from the detection part, they can be made to withstand environmental conditions, achieving very high reproducibility of the operating point. 【Features】 ■ Stable operation even with long-term repeated use due to the non-contact circuit ■ Achieves very high reproducibility of the operating point ■ Can be made to withstand environmental conditions with an isolated structure for the movable and detection parts ■ Can be manufactured with very low operating force specifications ■ Lifespan exceeding 50 million cycles *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Company information
We are engaged in product development that incorporates new materials and technologies without being constrained by established concepts. An example of this is the coupling that uses polyimide and carbon FRP for flexible plates, which achieves flexibility and durability that are incomparable to traditional metal flexible plates. The magnetic proximity sensor, which applies Hall IC technology, demonstrates performance far superior to conventional proximity switches in terms of response speed and operating point accuracy, all at a similar cost. Furthermore, the touch switch that utilizes this technology maintains high precision over long periods due to its contactless circuit, making it significantly more reliable than traditional contact switches. These unique products are made possible by our agile development system. If you are facing problems that cannot be solved by conventional methods, please feel free to consult with us.
