The materials for the hub and sphere have no basic limitations, allowing them to be used in water, oil, high temperatures, low temperatures, and even in a vacuum!
The "Ball Coupling" is a rotational transmission element that combines the functions of a universal joint and a spline. It consists of three elements: an inner hub, an outer hub, and a ball, and has obtained a patent for its functional structure. Since there are no size limitations, the possibilities range from micro-sized to large couplings. It is possible to design couplings that meet the specifications required for actual use, including angular displacement and elongation (spline) amounts. 【Features】 ■ Particularly high breakage torque allows for miniaturization of devices ■ Can accommodate underwater, in oil, high temperatures, low temperatures, vacuum, etc. ■ Expected developments from micro robots to automatic machines, packaging machines, and large industrial machinery ■ Achieves zero backlash with a ball press-fit type ■ High-speed and high-rigidity servo compatibility can also be considered ■ The size and number of incorporated balls can be designed according to the application (record: up to 12 balls implemented) *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

We are engaged in product development that incorporates new materials and technologies without being constrained by established concepts. An example of this is the coupling that uses polyimide and carbon FRP for flexible plates, which achieves flexibility and durability that are incomparable to traditional metal flexible plates. The magnetic proximity sensor, which applies Hall IC technology, demonstrates performance far superior to conventional proximity switches in terms of response speed and operating point accuracy, all at a similar cost. Furthermore, the touch switch that utilizes this technology maintains high precision over long periods due to its contactless circuit, making it significantly more reliable than traditional contact switches. These unique products are made possible by our agile development system. If you are facing problems that cannot be solved by conventional methods, please feel free to consult with us.
