High-precision magnetic displacement sensor adopting a new method!
This product is a sensor that captures minute vibrations and the movements of changing objects. It detects double feeding and other displacements necessary for electrical devices that transport sheet-like objects one by one, such as printers, scanners, multifunction devices, and printing machines, while reading data. It is a high-response displacement sensor capable of detecting minute displacements of less than 0.1mm, allowing for double feeding detection from thin paper used in timetables of less than 50μm to thick paper of 150μm. It is a contact type sensor with a measuring element that displaces according to the thickness of the passing object. This behavior is captured as an electrical signal, which is processed to determine the displacement.
