The NS-023 is a ternary magnetron sputtering device capable of simultaneously depositing three types of targets. In addition to multi-target simultaneous sputtering, it supports various applications by adopting a platinum heater for high-temperature activation of the substrate (heater temperature: 950°C) and reactive sputtering.
