The HI-2579/HI-2581 is a low-power CMOS dual transceiver designed to meet the requirements of MIL-STD-1553/MIL-STD-1760 specifications, featuring an integrated transformer. The dual transceiver with an integrated transformer provides a single-part solution for interfacing protocol ICs or FPGAs to a dual-redundant MIL-STD-1553 bus. This single-package solution significantly reduces footprint and cost, and its low-profile design makes it ideal for applications using cards with height restrictions for components such as PMC and XMC. ■ Japanese technical documentation on MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC 429 communication standards is available.
