basic information
- In the case of purchasing by individual parts, there is a high management workload at each stage, such as primary processing → secondary processing → heat treatment → surface treatment → assembly. - Due to limited personnel and space, we want to eliminate as many sub-assembly lines as possible and focus on assembly on the main line. By addressing these customer challenges through the production of units that are not limited to metal parts, we are responding to requests for unit purchasing and delivery.

Detailed information
-
Rotary Angle Control Sensor Unit An assembly product equipped with a rotary angle control sensor for tractors. The assembly process includes an inspection process to ensure functionality for all units before delivery. *Inspection details: The appropriate voltage is measured according to the lever's operating angle.
-
Throttle Control Sensor Unit A sensor assembly for the throttle operation lever of the working machine. Assembly is carried out with consideration for the initial familiarity of the operation lever. *Inspection details: The appropriate voltage is measured according to the operating angle of the lever.
-
Accelerator Lever Sensor Unit A sensor assembly for the accelerator control lever of agricultural machinery. We assemble a free-stop mechanism that manages the operating torque. *Inspection details: We measure whether the voltage is appropriate according to the lever's operating angle.
-
Brake sensor unit A sensor assembly used in the brakes of agricultural machinery. We carry out integrated production from pressing, machining, welding, plating to assembly.
