Due to the fixed dimensions of various high-performance materials, there will inevitably be waste from offcuts and material loss during processes such as milling and polishing when cutting to arbitrary sizes. Therefore, we propose a cutting process using a wire saw that allows for the simultaneous slicing of fixed-size materials to the customer's desired thickness without waste. Especially for high-performance materials, which often include difficult-to-cut materials, the cutting process itself is not easy; however, by using high-quality diamond wire, we achieve clean cutting surfaces and ensure flatness and parallelism at the micron level. Since the outer dimensions, finishing thickness tolerances, and quantities vary by material, please inquire each time.
