Solving the oil problems in the food processing industry: Oil smoke removal device 'Iores'

Solving problems such as 'the workspace is sticky with oil,' 'the filters clog up quickly and the replacement costs are high,' and 'struggling with nearby smoke and oil measures'!

"Iores" is a device that generates bubbles by passing oil mist through water, adsorbing and separating oil components for removal. The removal efficiency is high because hydrophobic bubbles and oil adhere to each other, and the unpleasant odors from oxidized oil emissions are not a concern. Since it is not a filter type, you are freed from the hassle and cost of replacing filters clogged with oil! *Reference: Photo 2 Clumps of emulsified oil (not sticky) This device is also recommended for companies considering the removal of oil mist emissions in plant factories when installed outdoors. 【Features】 ■ Hoodless design ensures a comfortable working space without obstructing lighting effects ■ Minimal heat and oil odors during operation contribute to a better working environment ■ Effective in addressing nearby oil odor issues ■ Installation of an exhaust duct with activated carbon fiber filter increases odor removal efficiency ■ Water-saving model that can circulate water during operation reduces running costs We can also manufacture specifications tailored to the needs of industrial companies struggling with oil mist. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
