  ~Piston~ Only high-quality pistons that have passed rigorous tests and are manufactured with high-precision processing technology at the micron level, one-thousandth of a millimeter, can enable high rotations and high output exceeding 10,000 revolutions per minute. We produce pistons in a wide variety of sizes and materials, from large to small. Furthermore, our unique surface treatment and coating technologies support the reduction of wear loss and improvement of fuel efficiency for the pistons.

  ~Cylinder Head~ The complex-shaped cylinder head is a key component that greatly influences engine performance. With our casting technology and the combination of shell mold techniques, we have successfully completed the world's first aluminum cylinder head.

  ~Lower Block~ The lower block is an important component located beneath the engine cylinder block that firmly supports the high-speed rotating crankshaft, thereby reducing the generation of vibrations and noise. Our company manufactures and provides this using a unique casting technology that integrates the iron part supporting the crankshaft with aluminum.

  ~Intake Manifold~ To extract power from a multi-cylinder engine, it is essential to intake air efficiently. The intake manifold, which requires high precision due to its complex shape, is provided through our unique shell mold and casting technology combined.

  ~Water Passage~ This is a component designed to equalize the temperature of the cooling water on both sides of a V-type engine in order to fully utilize the engine's performance. It features a complex internal shape that accommodates sensors to detect the condition of the cooling water, achieved through shell mold technology.

  ~Cam Holder~ A part that supports the cam. Since the cam, which opens and closes the engine's intake and exhaust valves, moves at high speeds, durability and robustness are required for the cam holder as well.
