Final version of the driver for 7-inch to 12-inch LCD panels! LED driver IC that pursues functionality and cost.
【Target Applications】 Car navigation, display audio, electronic mirrors, head-up displays, and other devices equipped with medium to small LCD panels. LED Current: This is a 100mA x 4-channel LED driver. With the high definition of LCDs, many applications are struggling with EMC measures due to the increased current of LEDs. On the other hand, there is also a strong demand for cost reduction in the market, and I believe these two points are challenges for many applications. The OZ547 has a built-in boost FET. Furthermore, it is equipped with two dimming functions: current dimming and PWM dimming, and by improving load response, it has achieved cost reduction through the miniaturization of output capacitors. Additionally, it is equipped with various noise countermeasures, making it an LED driver IC that balances functionality and cost. This device is optimal for applications that require a wide dimming range and for applications that want to reduce BOM costs. ■Status: Currently in mass production ■Sample: Available upon request For more details, please download the catalog.
