The 6411 series is a connector compliant with PCI Express (※1) M.2 standardized by PCI-SIG. When expanding functionalities such as Wi-Fi (※2), Bluetooth (※3), SSD, GNSS, and WWAN (2G, 3G, 4G), it was previously necessary to have card modules and connectors tailored to each function. PCI Express M.2 assigns specific keying to each card module according to its function and standardizes the connector to a uniform slot shape. In addition to supporting high-speed signals such as PCIe (Gen.3), USB 3.0, and SATA 3.0 standards, it contributes to the lightweight and slim design of tablet PCs, laptops, and mobile PCs.
