We use PVC (vinyl) that is excellent in chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, allowing for the measurement of airflow of corrosive gases.
The "Air Measure PVC" is a differential pressure gas flow meter. By adopting a unique rectifying grid and a porous pitot tube, the installation constraints for measuring airflow in troublesome ducts have been significantly relaxed. Furthermore, the simple structure has achieved cost-effectiveness and reduced pressure loss, thereby decreasing the load on the blower. Made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), it offers excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance. 【Features】 ■ Excellent installation characteristics ■ Low pressure loss ■ Compact design ■ Adaptability to corrosive gases

basic information
◆Features◆ ≪Excellent Installation Characteristics≫ By incorporating a built-in rectifying grid, the necessary straight pipe length for rectification has been shortened. This frees you from the constraints of the airflow meter installation location, allowing for optimal ductwork. ≪Low Pressure Loss≫ The built-in rectifying grid is designed specifically to suppress the troublesome swirling flow that complicates airflow measurement, resulting in low pressure loss due to wind resistance and minimizing energy loss. ≪Compact Design≫ The sensor and rectifying section are integrated, making it possible to install in narrow environments. ≪Adaptability to Corrosive Gases≫ Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance due to PVC (polyvinyl chloride). *For more details, please refer to the catalog. Company information
As a specialized company focused on airflow measurement, we manufacture and sell the airflow meter "Air Measure," which incorporates a uniquely designed rectifying grid and a porous Pitot tube, and we have enabled on-site measurements of various ducts through the establishment of the "Gas Trace Method (Mixed Dilution Method)," which differs from conventional airflow measurement methods.
