The mechanism of scale removal and prevention by The Bio Water!
Scale refers to the phenomenon where calcium carbonate (CaCO3) or silicon dioxide (silica, SiO2) precipitates and adheres to pipes and water supply and heating equipment. We will introduce the reaction mechanism of scale detachment and prevention through water modification by The Bio Water. In the case of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), with The Bio Water modified water, gases that were dissolved under high pressure do not vaporize but are encapsulated within the chain of water molecules (hydration), maintaining a stable state among uniformly sized water molecules. As a result, CaCO3 reacts with water and the abundant CO2 to become water-soluble Ca(HCO3)2. CaCO3 + H2O + CO2 → Ca(HCO3)2 In the case of silicon dioxide (silica, SiO2), a phenomenon occurs where water molecules surround the silica SiO2 in the modified water. This makes it difficult for the silica SiO2 to bond laterally, hindering the formation of a gel membrane and making it less likely for a strong deposit layer to form as scale. On the other hand, in unmodified water, a strong layered gel membrane is formed. SiO2 + H2O → H2SiO3 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company was established in 2000 after becoming independent from a plumbing maintenance company with over 113 years of history. We focus on water quality improvement technology, addressing issues such as rust on the inner surfaces of water pipes and scale in heat exchangers. Under our corporate philosophy of "Sanpo Yoshi" (benefiting all three parties), we consistently provide optimal water environment solutions. *The section titled "Trigger for Interest" displayed during the PDF download is generated by AI from Ipros Inc.
