Our metal carbide business is based at the Soja factory in Okayama Prefecture. We are engaged in the synthesis and powder production of metal carbides, as well as particle size control, and we accept prototype and contract processing of metal carbides.

- Example of Synthesis ⇒ Synthesis of Silicon Carbide Crystal Type: 3C (Beta Type) Purity: High purity product with impurities <10ppm prepared upon request. Particle Size: Powder products ranging from submicron to several hundred microns. Additionally, spherical types of approximately 0.2 to 5mm can also be prepared separately. - Other Synthetic Materials ⇒ Aluminum Carbide (Al4C3) A material with a melting point of 2,300℃ and a density of 2.36g/cm³, which is being utilized as an additive for metal magnesium alloys, a reducing agent for metal oxides, and as a catalyst. ⇒ Titanium Carbide (TiC) Used as an additive for ultra-high hardness cutting tools, with a melting point of 3,170℃ and a Vickers hardness of 2,900kg/mm². ⇒ Silicon Aluminum Carbide (Al4SiC4) A material with a melting point of 2,037℃, excellent in water resistance and high-temperature stability, applied for oxidation prevention in refractories and densification of the structure.
