It includes all the reagents necessary for the entire process from DNA extraction to electrophoresis, in addition to the experimental samples. 1) Safe and secure design It does not use chemical substances that require strict handling precautions, such as organic solvents like phenol or highly mutagenic substances (e.g., ethidium bromide). 2) PCR experiments with familiar foods Using "rice," the most familiar ingredient, as the sample makes this kit easier to handle in terms of psychological aspects and privacy compared to experiments involving human genes or genetically modified genes. 3) Entire process can be completed in 2 hours The adoption of simple extraction reagents and high-speed PCR reagents enables efficient experiment management.
