This is a system designed with the concept of not accumulating, transporting, or burning food waste, focusing on sorting and processing it at the source. It completely redefines the traditional image of food waste processors, which are often associated with issues like "odor," "difficult maintenance," "inability to sort waste," and "inability to create large-scale devices." Unlike conventional food waste processors that rotate paddles for mixing, which puts excessive load on the paddles when trying to process large amounts, this system uses a simple low-tech design that rotates a drum without a shaft, resulting in no load on the mixing process, thus preventing breakdowns and making maintenance easy. By combining a rotating drum with special high-performance contact materials and a fan, it activates microorganisms to their maximum potential, decomposing the crushed food waste into water and carbon dioxide.
