basic information
【Element】 <Low Pressure Loss> ■ Adopts a coalescing filter media made of mixed fibers with a very large surface area, achieving high capture rates and low pressure drop. <Improved Corrosion Resistance> ■ Uses stainless steel perforated metal and screens to enhance corrosion resistance against oil and acids. <Silicone-Free> ■ Since no silicone is used, there are no issues with welding defects or paint adhesion failures on the downstream side of the filter. <Heat Resistance Temperature 66°C> ■ Suitable as a drain separator for aftercoolers. <Insert Type> ■ Easy to replace due to the insert type element. ■ Requires minimal maintenance space for replacement. <Unified Processing Capacity> ■ Even if the series changes, as long as the housing type is the same, the processing air volume remains the same. ■ Simplifies filter selection, installation, and piping as a system. <Lineup> ■ Choose from several types of elements to achieve the appropriate system combination based on application. <Case Attachment and Detachment> ■ One-touch or screw-in type. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
