Both denier and tex measurements can be done with one device! Introducing the fiber fineness measurement instrument.
The "DENICON DC-21" is a device that calculates the denier and tex values based on the inherent vibration frequency of the sample, the pre-set tension (weight), and the sample length, while managing the data on a computer. It employs the Auto-Vibro method, which is hardly affected by the moisture content, rigidity, elongation, and cross-section of the sample. Both denier and tex measurements can be handled by a single unit, making data management easy as it is done on a computer. 【Features】 ■ Adopts the Auto-Vibro method, which is hardly affected by the moisture content, rigidity, elongation, and cross-section of the sample ■ Capable of measuring both denier and tex values with one unit ■ Easy data management as data is managed on a computer ■ Can measure POY, FOY, DTY spun yarns, and natural fibers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
