3D inspection camera for achieving quality control of gravure cylinders.
The "Gravure Cam" manufactured by Troika Systems in the UK is an inspection camera for gravure cylinders that allows for the measurement of plate depth and cell volume through 3D scanning, as well as the management of roll information. By accurately grasping the plate depth and cell volume of the cylinders you own through numerical data, it reduces the ink adjustment time during job setup. It helps prevent troubles caused by clogged cells or surface wear, contributing to the stabilization of print quality. Software for anilox rolls and flexo resin plates is also available. We offer demonstrations using the actual device. By watching a demonstration using your own cylinder, you should be able to easily envision the ease of use of AniCAM and the specific operational image after implementation. 【Features】 - Compact body allows for measurement in various environments - High reproducibility and accuracy - Measurement at one location takes less than one minute - Capable of measuring various cell shapes - 3D view to check clogged or damaged cells *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
