The "RAS-100" is a roll-type hot stamping machine equipped with all the necessary adjustment functions for thermal transfer on the outer circumference of molded products. By adopting a touch panel, it allows for arbitrary input of settings such as transfer time and back tension, enabling highly reproducible work with its data memory function. 【Other Features】 ■ Equipped with all necessary adjustment functions for heat transfer on the outer circumference of molded products (all adjustments are tool-free) - Front and rear adjustment of roll head ±30mm (both foil feeding device and roll head move) - Front and rear adjustment of foil winding section ±5mm - θ adjustment of foil feeding device ±2° - θ adjustment of roll head ±2° - Angle adjustment of roll head 0–4° (both foil feeding device and roll head move) - Left and right adjustment of rotating fixture ±5mm ■ The ascent of the rotating fixture starts at high speed, decelerating just before contact with the transfer roll (soft touch mechanism), allowing for smooth transfer from the correct position by temporarily stopping the roll's rotation ■ By adopting a touch panel, settings such as transfer time and back tension can be input as desired, enabling reproducible work with data memory function ■ Transfer speed settings can be adjusted based on shape points (angles) (8 levels), allowing for adaptation to more complex shapes ■ In addition to improving the accuracy of foil tension (back tension) during transfer, tension can be adjusted in 8 levels ■ The accuracy of foil feeding stop has significantly improved due to PWM control (twice that of our conventional machines) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
