The "ACT-300A II-HS" is a tabletop spin coater capable of high-precision and high-speed rotation at a maximum of 12,000±2rpm. If you need to quickly spread high-viscosity spin coating liquids or volatile spin coating liquids at high speeds, and the standard machine's rotation speed is insufficient, please consider the high-speed rotation option. Custom orders based on this model (with additional options) are also available, so feel free to contact us. You can simultaneously set "rotation speed," "acceleration/deceleration time," and "keep time" for a single step operation, and it features a program with 10 steps and 100 patterns (with prior notice, 20 steps and 50 patterns, or 50 steps and 20 patterns are also possible), making it easy to meet your desired conditions. The safety cover has a dripping hole (with a sliding lid) that allows for dripping even during rotation. With an interlock sensor, the machine will not rotate unless it detects vacuum suction pressure on the substrate, and it automatically stops rotating if the safety cover is opened during operation, ensuring safety.
