A wheel developed using a new manufacturing method for internal grinding bonds.
The "VCK22" is a vitrified CBN wheel that achieves both "low grinding resistance" and "high durability" compared to conventional internal grinding wheels. By reducing the initial grinding resistance immediately after dressing, it can be used with confidence for internal grinding, which is prone to issues due to high grinding resistance in the early stages of use. Additionally, the development of a new manufacturing method has successfully achieved uniform spacing of the abrasive grains. This not only improves grinding performance but also allows for stable processing from the beginning to the end of use. 【Features】 ■ Achieves low grinding resistance and high durability ■ Excellent grinding stability *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
