This is an introduction to a case delivered to a crusher and shredder manufacturer. The customer (the crusher manufacturer) consulted us, stating, "During the trial operation of the device we manufactured, a bridge formed, and even after installing multiple vibrators, it became even harder to discharge." The summary of the trouble was that fiber powder was bridging in the hopper mentioned above, and when the vibrators were activated, it completely clogged within a few seconds, making it impossible to discharge at all. On the same day we were contacted, we sent the equipment for testing, and it was installed the very next day.
