We will automate what has only been able to be filled manually until now. We also carry out retrofitting for existing machines.
We have also delivered filling equipment for the confectionery industry. We proposed automation that utilizes existing machines to a customer who was manually placing syrup-coated boiled beans into cups. We designed and manufactured it as an add-on while making use of the existing equipment. Of course, it is also possible to remove parts for cleaning. It is compatible with top seal machine connection, deep drawing packaging machine connection, and conveyor line connection specifications.

In response to the diversifying needs of our customers as times change, Miwa Seiki will unite the efforts of all our employees to achieve further leaps forward. Since our founding in 1983, we have been involved in the development, design, and manufacturing of production equipment for the food-related sector. Leveraging our characteristic as a small but elite group of skilled professionals, we design and manufacture machines that can be installed in compact spaces, add value to existing production lines, and automate labor-intensive processes—projects that, despite being small in scale, are of high importance and often avoided by larger production equipment companies.
