Introducing a robot-specific spindle motor and direct control robot machining system.
The "Robot Machining System" has achieved various machining processes by attaching a specially developed spindle motor for robots to the end of a 6-axis articulated robot arm. It directly controls the inverter for the spindle motor drive from the robot and is equipped with functions that enable machining with the robot, such as the inverter's load monitoring function. 【Features】 ■ Achieves machining freedom equivalent to a 5-axis machining center with a multi-joint robot arm ■ Allows for multiple machining tables to be installed for one robot, and enables long workpiece machining in combination with travel axes ■ BT30 automatic tool exchange function ■ Capable of handling tasks other than machining, such as workpiece loading and unloading *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
