In recent years, as the motor industry has progressed towards miniaturization, high performance, and energy saving, there has been a demand for the reduction of cogging torque, noise (vibration), and loss current. At our company, we leverage our experience in motor design to consider daily whether we can satisfy our customers' required "motor characteristics" through "magnetizing yokes," and we design and manufacture accordingly. We have received many inquiries from customers regarding magnetizing yokes, contributing to the reduction of cogging torque and noise. [Commitment to precision pursuit and quality control] By processing in-house, we can quickly and easily carry out the core processing necessary for magnetization experiments, enabling "improvement of magnetization technology" and "accumulation of know-how." Additionally, the detailed dimensions after processing are measured and managed using state-of-the-art image measuring instruments, pursuing stable quality. [Regarding shipments] Our company conducts current tests using the [Impulse Meter IPM-501], which can measure magnetizing current every 4 microseconds.
