The "sheath-type sensor" is an internal temperature sensor that can be held in a bent state (like a wire) at the sheath part. Teflon coating is also available. It has a good response speed, is rich in high temperature, pressure resistance, and shock resistance, and can easily be made into long lengths, bending up to a radius of about twice the outer diameter of the sheath.
