The "AW-0505K-A-TS1-ANP" is a silicon wafer with a thermocouple that achieves a high-strength thermal contact fixation with a tensile load of 200g or more, and further improves reproducibility by minimizing the impact of accuracy drift due to the aging of the thermocouple. This type features five thermocouple sensors attached to a 5-inch wafer, covered with an alumina fiber sleeve.
