The "AW-0505K-S-TS1-ANP" is a silicon wafer equipped with a thermocouple that achieves a high-strength thermal contact fixing section capable of withstanding tensile loads of 200g or more, and further improves reproducibility by minimizing the effects of accuracy drift due to the aging of the thermocouple. This type features five thermocouple sensors installed through a quartz tube on a 5-inch wafer.
