For the development of biodegradable resins! 'HTM Type Twin-Screw Continuous Kneading Extruder'
For biodegradable resin compounds. Achieving excellent degassing properties and low-temperature extrusion capabilities with bidirectional rotation and non-interlocking!
The "HTM Type 2-Axis Continuous Mixing Extruder" is a non-intermeshing, counter-rotating twin-screw extruder. With the non-intermeshing design of the Banbury mixer-type rotors and screws, it performs high-speed shearing with excellent degassing properties while also accommodating low-temperature extrusion. It can extrude at temperatures 10 to 20°C lower compared to our conventional machines. It is suitable for raw materials with high moisture content and biodegradable resin compounds. 【Features】 ■ High mixing capability ■ Low-temperature extrusion characteristics ■ High extrusion capacity ■ Excellent operability ■ Compatible with a wide range of resins *Product specifications can be viewed via "PDF Download."
