For the prevention of vibration and noise in rotating machinery. Featuring portable field balancers and vertical/horizontal balancing testers that support multi-surface correction.
This document presents the lineup of balancing test machines manufactured by our company. We offer portable "Field Balancers" that include battery-operated and low-cost types, as well as "Vertical and Horizontal Balancing Test Machines" capable of measuring 1 to 4 surfaces, and "Dedicated Machines" that can perform everything from measurement to correction processing fully automatically. By adopting multivariate analysis methods, we achieve high-precision measurements from low-speed to ultra-high-speed rotation ranges, providing products that contribute to efficient balancing. 【Featured Products (excerpt)】 ■ Field Balancer for Elastic Rotors ■ Vertical 2-Surface Balancing Test Machine ■ Horizontal 4-Surface Balancing Test Machine ■ Fully Automatic Balancing Correction Machine for Pump Impellers *You can view a digest version from the "PDF Download." Company information
Sigma's balance measurement method features the adoption of multivariate analysis techniques for detecting imbalances, allowing for high-precision measurements across a range from low to ultra-high rotational speeds. The field balancer that incorporates this measurement method has been in use since 1985, with cumulative production exceeding 8,000 units. Furthermore, after that, we began selling more precise balancing machines and condition monitoring devices that continuously monitor rotating machinery and detect signs of abnormalities, which also utilize the aforementioned measurement method. Over 30 years since the start of balancer production, Sigma's balancers are actively used across various industries.
