Ideal for filtering coolant liquid containing fine chips! The trusted and proven SF-6 hydrocyclone.
We would like to introduce our "SF Type Hydrocyclone." It creates a swirling motion within the cyclone, and through the action of centrifugal force and shear force within the sludge, it separates the liquid phase from the solid phase. The separated sludge descends along the inner wall of the cone, becomes concentrated, and is discharged through the underflow nozzle. We have a significant track record of deliveries to production equipment using cutting-type machine tools and coolant treatment equipment manufacturers. 【Features】 ■ Chosen by users for over 30 years ■ Open to the atmosphere, allowing for retrofitting ■ Extensive delivery record ■ Suitable for filtering coolant containing fine chips generated by grinding machines and for secondary filtration of coolant used in machine tools *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Structure** - The dirty liquid that flows in from the entrance of the cyclone head is turned into a moderate vortex by a special vortex piece located at the upper part of the cyclone head, allowing it to flow into the main cylinder. - The liquid undergoes a swirling motion within the cyclone, and the resulting centrifugal force, combined with the shear force within the sludge, separates the liquid phase from the solid phase. - The separated sludge descends along the inner wall of the cone, becomes concentrated, and is discharged through the underflow nozzle. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Company information
In our country, 50% of energy consumption is accounted for by the industrial sector, making the rationalization of energy use and the reduction of environmental impact in this area extremely important challenges. Among these, the consumption of coolants used by machine tools is said to be 130,000 tons per year. Traditionally viewed as a back-end facility for chip processing, coolant treatment has recently gained significant importance as part of production equipment due to increasing attention to environmental issues. Since our establishment, we have continued to develop new models and systems alongside advancements in machine tools as a specialized manufacturer of chip conveyors and coolant tanks. We accurately respond to our customers' needs with products centered around chip conveyors, coolant treatment devices, and chip concentration management systems, striving to maximize the efficiency of machine tools and production equipment. We are not just a machinery manufacturer but a total planner for our customers, continuously taking on new challenges and making every effort.
