KineticEye IoT・AI Infrastructure Concierge
KinectEye Measurement and Communication Infrastructure Concierge Service
We provide the IoT and AI infrastructure necessary for equipment maintenance and monitoring diagnostics for our customers, as well as maintenance services for SIers, paving the way for digital transformation (DX).
The future society "Society 5.0." However, for those creating the systems, even if AI is mentioned, it cannot begin without data, and it is not easy to understand what methods to use and what to prepare, not to mention whether the costs are justifiable for the business... it's not simple. Even if we gather information, measuring is not straightforward, and it's unclear what communication methods are suitable. Although cloud solutions are often mentioned, the hurdles can be surprisingly high. Security measures are also necessary. On top of that, we want to leverage our company's experience while keeping costs low and ensuring effective initiatives. Our "KinectEye IoT & AI Infrastructure Concierge Service" supports those aiming for a future society and engaging in digital transformation (DX) for business improvement and new business development. We assist in building monitoring and diagnostic systems. You can trust us with data collection for vibrations, acoustics, and images. We also provide support on-site and facilitate communication with remote locations, enabling you to achieve reliable innovation. In addition to IoT and AI, we are also involved in building maintenance DX businesses, leveraging the experience we have cultivated over 40 years. We will assist you throughout the entire process, from the initial planning stages of your project.

basic information
Digital transformation (DX: transformation) can often feel overwhelming, but it is inherently complex. The mechanisms that thrive in autonomous systems are rapidly evolving, making it difficult to predict how they will be utilized in future business. It is also challenging to develop and maintain everything in-house. Choosing sensors, establishing communication systems, and tuning them can be quite troublesome, and selecting an approach tailored to what you want to observe is essential. The main reasons for failure in DX, including IoT and AI, are said to be: - Unclear services to be realized - Insufficient verification items - Inadequate execution structure However, our company is here to help reduce the burden on our clients and successfully lead them through business transformation. Everyone: Focus on creating products and services that do not fall behind competitors. Our company: Contributing to innovation by systematizing IoT for our clients. We primarily provide technical support (basic design) and hardware and application offerings, while also proposing and supplying carefully selected equipment from other manufacturers based on our past experiences. We can also accommodate efforts to proceed steadily from small tasks while ensuring that no unnecessary items are produced in the future.

Applications/Examples of results
Through our parent company (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.), we provide a remote monitoring system for the entire power plant and a signal monitoring system for turbine generators, and we are responsible for system maintenance. We are also working on the digital transformation of equipment maintenance for plants and production facilities, as well as maintenance support devices. In terms of IoT measurement devices, we offer vibration measurement solutions, focusing on torsional vibration for ships and quality control devices for workpieces. In ICT communication, we have completed demonstrations to transition to new systems such as 5G, in addition to developing lightweight data reception methods and insights for collaboration with communication carriers. Furthermore, in security, we are increasingly utilized in areas such as public relations, transportation infrastructure, and healthcare, focusing on the protection of databases, as well as the boundaries between office IT and manufacturing OT in the industrial sector. AI, in reality, involves a lot of tedious and labor-intensive work. We will carefully guide you on whether to take a leap forward or to accumulate data step by step. We will diligently confirm your current and future needs, and while understanding your thoughts, we will provide you with rational proposals.
