Grease Iron Powder Concentration Meter "SDM-72"

Lightweight and portable! A density meter that allows you to check the wear condition before the vibration values increase.

The "SDM-72" is a suitable density meter for the maintenance management of grease-lubricated machinery. By measuring the metal wear particles contained in the grease within the bearings, it is possible to confirm the wear condition before the vibration levels increase. The running cost for measurements is only the cost of batteries, and it can be easily measured by simply inserting a sample of grease. 【Features】 ■ Ability to grasp the wear condition before vibration levels increase ■ Effective for diagnosing bearings in low-speed and variable-speed machines ■ Running costs for measurements are only the cost of batteries ■ Easy measurement by simply inserting a sample of grease ■ Portable, allowing for measurements on-site ■ Capable of detecting minute quantities with a minimum resolution of 0.001% (Wt) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
