The MPS00101 is a high-speed, high-sensitivity light-receiving IC developed for photoelectric switches. The light emission pulse width is equivalent to 0.5μsec at 1MHz, which is a short pulse that is 1/5 of that of conventional photoelectric switches, while maintaining the detection distance of traditional photoelectric switches. Due to the small light emission duty cycle, it is possible to achieve a detection distance greater than that of conventional devices.
