Detecting metal foreign objects among transported items! Metal fragment detector "KEMD-III type"
No special skills or knowledge are required, and installation on existing conveyor belts or changing installation locations is easy! It is a metal fragment detection device with a single-loop coil.
The "KEMD-III type" is a metal fragment detection device that generates a magnetic field in a detection coil formed around a conveyor belt, allowing it to detect metal fragments passing through the coil. It is easy to install on existing belt conveyors, and changing the installation position is also simple. In the case of conventional metal fragment detectors, a skilled technician was required for coil winding work, but this product uses a one-loop coil that can be assembled by connecting a few parts with bolts, eliminating the need for special skills or knowledge. Customers can perform the installation themselves, whether it is a new installation or a relocation. 【Features】 ■ Easy installation ■ Easy to change installation location ■ Uses a one-loop coil ■ Compatible with the control panel of the previous model (KEMD-II type) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
