Wear-resistant welding wire Duroxite 100 Wire
The wear-resistant welding wire DUROXITE100WIRE is a hardfacing welding wire for parts subjected to severe sliding wear and medium to low levels of impact.
This is a wear-resistant overlay wire product developed for overlay welding on general materials and wear-resistant steel plates like HARDOX using semi-automatic welding machines. The welded material contains a high proportion of very hard chromium-rich carbide, making it highly wear-resistant. Duroxite wear-resistant overlay plates are suitable for applications where parts cannot be processed, pinpoint wear areas, maintenance, and repairs. Duroxite100Wire is primarily designed for use on wear-resistant components subjected to sliding wear from soil, sand, and abrasives at temperatures up to 350°C. It can also be utilized for the repair and reinforcement of processed products made from Duroxite wear-resistant overlay plates.
