We received a request for automotive parts to manufacture a spring that moves in the opposite direction of a standard torsion spring, with a desire for high precision and strict dimensional tolerances. When moving in the opposite direction, there are limitations at free angles compared to usual, so we focused on the spinner tool. By in-house manufacturing and improving the spinner tool, we were able to make fine adjustments, allowing us to produce torsion springs that have restrictions at free angles. With the upgrade of our in-house technology, we were able to meet the customer's requests and clear the strict dimensional tolerances.
