Originally composed of three parts, this is a highly precise automotive component. We received a request for a VA proposal as there was a desire to reduce costs from conventional mold processing. Therefore, we proposed manufacturing using three-dimensional space forming (multi-forming machine). By integrating the original three parts, we suggested reducing the number of components, and to establish a mass production system, we introduced image sensors. This allowed us to establish an unmanned production system.
