Map frame compatible laser marking device
This is a device for marking that is placed on a table where the frame operates. It is particularly suitable for marks that require positional accuracy, such as map molds. Depending on the degree of automation in supply and processing capacity, you can choose between MK620, MK621, and MK622. In particular, the MK621 model has a mechanism for mark position correction to improve the positional accuracy of the marks. If there are specifications for the laser oscillator to be connected, we will install the requested one.

For high-precision marking machines: Frame replacement time: 8 seconds to 10 seconds. Image processing detects the position and tilt of the frame, including angle correction (Ѳ) during marking. Mark position correction can be performed. Mark position accuracy range: 50μ (depending on the capability of the laser oscillator). Mark positions can be determined based on the outer shape of the frame or by positioning using pins in feeding holes, and devices without correction are also available. There are tables that hold the frame using vacuum. Frame supply methods include stack magazines or slit magazines. Stack magazine loader and unloader: 1 magazine each. Slit magazine loader and unloader: 2 magazines each. Capable of handling a variety of products. Confirmation position check from the upward or downward direction, variety confirmation, and confirmation mark check from the upward direction.
