PUREfrex is a kit that reproduces the protein synthesis reactions occurring in cells such as E. coli within a tube. By adding the gene of the protein you want to synthesize to the kit and allowing it to react at 37°C for four hours, the desired protein is synthesized. It is recommended for when you want to try a small experiment or when you need multiple proteins.
