Chitokatalyzer is a deproteinized, odorless yeast extract that contains a very high amount of nucleic acids, nucleic acid-related substances, and bioactive substances. It undergoes special pretreatment of the yeast "Saccharomyces Cerevisiae" to stabilize intracellular components without alteration, and after filtration and deproteinization of the suspension obtained through hemichitotriization, it is deodorized.
