Based on a hydrocarbon-based cleaning solution with excellent cleaning power, it adopts an innovative method that combines two processes: vacuum immersion ultrasonic cleaning and vacuum vapor cleaning and drying. This simultaneously achieves reliable removal of debris and foreign particles, which was difficult with conventional multi-tank cleaning machines, while preventing reattachment of contaminants to the products. Thanks to its uniquely developed circulation mechanism, the cleaning agent is always supplied in a clean state, preventing foreign substances, or so-called contamination, from remaining in the cleaning tank. Additionally, the liquid supply and recovery system utilizing the pressure difference of the vacuum pump eliminates the need for a liquid transfer pump and minimizes contact of the liquid with atmospheric pressure, contributing to improved degreasing capability. When higher cleaning levels are required from delivery destinations or in the development of new products that necessitate stringent contaminant removal levels, ACSys will dramatically enhance your cleaning quality.
