PVC piping for hydroponic cultivation in plant factories / perforated PVC pipes
Plant Factory PVC Piping Lab
Please feel free to consult us about anything related to the commercialization and mass production of PVC piping, hydroponic cultivation trays, cultivation panels, and nutrient solution tanks needed for hydroponic systems in plant factories.
For PVC piping and agricultural materials for plant factories, contact Miyata Kogyo. https://plant-enbi.jp/ 【PVC Piping for Hydroponics】 We process PVC piping for hydroponic systems. (*The photos are examples of processing; we do not sell or install equipment.) Water pumped up flows from the upper pipe to the lower one due to the height difference, efficiently supplying the necessary air and nutrient solution to the plants. Since the power source is only the pump, it is energy-saving. The structure prevents light from entering (light-blocking type), which helps prevent the growth of moss and algae, significantly reducing daily maintenance tasks such as cleaning, hygiene management, and mold prevention. The pipe structure allows for easy cleaning and length adjustment. Material: PVC (Rigid Polyvinyl Chloride Pipe: VU Pipe) 【Features of PVC Piping Materials for Plant Factories】 - Product development support through joint development of PVC components (proposals for PVC products from parts and materials to piping) - Custom solutions through PVC pipe processing and PVC sheet processing (custom-made product processing) - Streamlining PVC piping work at plant factory construction sites (reducing labor with pre-processed products) - Short-distance delivery (available from production bases in Nagoya, Tochigi, Fukuoka, Mie, and Saitama)

basic information
Are you facing these issues at your plant factory? - The cutting of PVC pipes and preparation of parts like fittings while looking at the design drawings is taking too much time. - The size of ready-made plastic trays is fixed, which limits the layout options. - I want to create custom trays in plastic in the necessary quantities, but it is difficult to mold them anew. - Styrofoam trays and panels are hard to clean and easily break. The plant factory will solve these problems for you: - We will check the drawings and perform pre-cutting of PVC pipes and picking of necessary fittings, which will reduce preparation time in the manufacturing process. - By purchasing piping materials of the required length and shape from us, you can eliminate the generation of leftover PVC pipe scraps and fittings. - We can manufacture trays in the shapes and sizes specified in your drawings, allowing you to layout according to your cultivation line. - We can accept custom orders for only the necessary quantities, starting from just one unit. - Compared to traditional styrofoam products, our trays are easier to clean, more durable, and hygienic. Additionally, they can be reused, making them economical to use.
