Adoption of ultra-compact non-contact output magnetic proximity switch! Introduction of the chip lubricant remaining amount detection system.
The "NEP-SPS" is a compact and easy-to-install suction sensor. It features a newly developed ultra-small magnetic proximity switch built into our lubricant suction pipe that can be attached to the lubricant barrel of chip lubrication systems. This system allows for the detection of the liquid level inside the barrel and consists of a suction sensor and a control box equipped with a patrol light. By adopting this system, it becomes easy to know when to replace the lubricant, preventing wear on the chip and sleeve due to running out of lubricant. 【Features】 ■ Easy installation ■ Compatible with oily liquids ■ Compact ■ Easily know when to replace the lubricant ■ Prevents wear on the chip and sleeve due to running out of lubricant *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 ■ As it is an improved version of the conventional suction pipe, it only requires replacing the pipe and connecting the power supply to the control panel. ■ Due to the adoption of a float-type sensor, it can now be used with oil-based lubricants, which was previously difficult (lubricants must have a viscosity of 400 cp or less at 20°C). ■ The sensor body employs an ultra-compact non-contact output magnetic proximity switch, with the detection part integrated into a fine (3.5mm diameter) flexible pipe. ■ It takes up little space and can be used as before. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
