The UV power unit is a power supply device for electronically controlled UV irradiation systems, outputting a stable rectangular wave (10,000Hz) using high-frequency technology. Due to high-speed IGBT switching technology, it allows for stepless dimming from 10% to 100%, enabling the formation of output curves during UV paint curing with multi-lamp UV irradiation systems. With a short startup time of 70 seconds or less and the ability to set the UV irradiation system to a standby state at 10% to 20% output during production line changeovers, it significantly reduces power consumption. By setting the voltage and current of the lamps used, automatic control suitable for those lamps can be achieved.
